"Real Life" Relevance
Welcome to ELH Central. The Eridani Light Horse --- or ELH for short --- is a Mercenary unit which features prominently in FASA's Battletech/Mechwarrior gaming system. The unit holds itself to a unique system of honor and tradition and is known for its professionalism and quality of service. This sets the ELH apart from most other Battletech mercenary units, who often rely on brute force and ultra-technology as much as skill to achieve victories. This makes the ELH a highly interesting unit to many Battletech/Mechwarrior aficianados.
"Virtual" Relevance
Once part of the Star League's Regular Army, we of the 3rd Regimental Combat Team refused to abandon the Inner Sphere to the chaos of the Succession Wars that followed General Kerensky's departure. Instead, we stood by the Star League Charter and fought to preserve, by our example, the honor and glory that once was the hallmark of human achievement. We were, are, and ever shall be, members of the Star League Defense Forces. |
